Ultra Delicious Solid Vegetable Soup - My rendition of the Zero Weight Watchers Focuses soup. This has 0.4 focuses however it's on many occasions more delicious!
Fixings
SOUP:
2 tsp olive oil
1 onion , finely slashed
2 garlic cloves , minced
1 tbsp dried oregano
2 tsp fennel seeds (discretionary)
2 medium carrots , finely slashed
1 expansive celery stalk/rib , finely hacked
2 red capsicums/ringer peppers , cut into 2 cm/4/5" pieces
5 glasses cabbage , cut into 3 cm/1.2" pieces
800 g/28 oz squashed tomato
3 glasses/750 ml vegetable or chicken soup (low fat!)
1 tbsp smoked paprika (or any paprika)
1 tsp cayenne pepper (modify fieriness to taste)
Completions (NOT Discretionary!):
Salt and pepper to taste
1 lemon – pizzazz + juice to taste
Finely cleaved parsley
Guidelines
Warmth oil in an expansive pot over medium warmth. Include garlic and onion, cook for 30 seconds or somewhere in the vicinity.
Include oregano and fennel seeds, cook for 2 minutes (gives season "a chance to bloom").
Turn heat down to medium low. Include carrots and celery, cook, blending routinely, for 8 minutes until onion is sweet (not carmelized). This progression is vital to the flavor base of this soup.
Include capsicum, turn heat up to high and cook for 2 minutes, mixing continually.
Include remaining Soup fixings, convey to stew at that point place top on. Turn heat down to medium low, stew for 25 minutes.
Expel top, modify salt and pepper to taste.
