The ingredient of Lamb With Mushroom Cream Sauce
- 200g spaghetti
- 1 2 brown onion chopped finely
- 2 cloves garlic crushed
- 2 lamb rump steaks cubed into 2cm x 2cm pieces
- 5 mushrooms sliced finely
- 1 4 cup fresh flat leaf parsley chopped finely
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 rosemary sprig
- 3 4 cup dry white wine
- 150ml thickened cream
- salt to serve
- pepper to serve
- parmesan to serve
- crusty bread to serve
The Instruction of lamb with mushroom cream sauce
- place a pot of water on stove once boiled cook pasta according to packet directions
- meanwhile prepare onion garlic lamb parsley mushrooms
- in a large frying pan heat olive oil over medium heat saute onion and after a minute add garlic lamb and mushrooms
- stir until meat is sealed mushrooms are soft ensure meat is cooked on both sides add rosemary sprig and wine simmer for 2 3 minutes add cream and parsley and simmer for a further 2 3 minutes until sauce starts to thicken slightly
- add drained pasta to sauce stir through add a pinch of salt pepper parmesen to serve remove rosemary sprig and serve with heated crusty bread if you want
