The ingredient of Lamb With Mushroom Cream Sauce

  • 200g spaghetti
  • 1 2 brown onion chopped finely
  • 2 cloves garlic crushed
  • 2 lamb rump steaks cubed into 2cm x 2cm pieces
  • 5 mushrooms sliced finely
  • 1 4 cup fresh flat leaf parsley chopped finely
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 rosemary sprig
  • 3 4 cup dry white wine
  • 150ml thickened cream
  • salt to serve
  • pepper to serve
  • parmesan to serve
  • crusty bread to serve

The Instruction of lamb with mushroom cream sauce

  • place a pot of water on stove once boiled cook pasta according to packet directions
  • meanwhile prepare onion garlic lamb parsley mushrooms
  • in a large frying pan heat olive oil over medium heat saute onion and after a minute add garlic lamb and mushrooms
  • stir until meat is sealed mushrooms are soft ensure meat is cooked on both sides add rosemary sprig and wine simmer for 2 3 minutes add cream and parsley and simmer for a further 2 3 minutes until sauce starts to thicken slightly
  • add drained pasta to sauce stir through add a pinch of salt pepper parmesen to serve remove rosemary sprig and serve with heated crusty bread if you want
