  • 2 garlic cloves crushed
  • 1 tsp dried chilli flakes
  • 1 4 cup 60ml extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 3 cup 80ml lime juice
  • 1 corn cob husk and silks removed
  • 4 coles graze grass fed beef porterhouse steaks
  • 1 avocado stoned peeled thinly sliced
  • 6 radishes thinly sliced
  • 50g snow peas thinly sliced lengthways
  • 60g pkt coles australian baby rocket
  • lime wedges to serve

  • combine garlic chilli oil and lime juice in a screw top jar shake well to combine place the steaks in a large glass or ceramic dish pour over half the lime juice mixture and turn to coat set aside for 10 mins to develop the flavours
